The use of oral surgery occurs across different branches of dentistry, making sometimes complex dental rehabilitations possible.

Implant-House specializes in different surgical techniques:

• Periodontal surgery: care of the tooth supporting tissues severely compromised by periodontitis or pyorrhea, through piorrea, attraverso resective and regenerative interventions of bone and gum (with application of bio-materials or membranes for tissue reconstruction).
• Pre-implant surgery: correction of bone and gingival anomalies in order to prepare the oral cavity for optimal insertion of the installations impianti. Reconstruction interventions of the mandibular or maxillary bone which present severe resorption (consequence of periodontitis, trauma, dental infections or neoplasms), are made using bio-compatible synthetic materials, bone coming from the tissue bank or bone taken directly and at the same time from the patient himself (in intra-oral – mandibular and maxillary – or extra-oral districts).
• Maxillofacial surgery: correction of skeletal imbalances (alterations of the mandibular and maxillary bones) for the treatment of orthodontic malocclusions.
